Care Ministry

Our Mission

Our Care Ministry exists to walk alongside our church family and community through seasons of hardship, transition, and practical need. Through prayer, community, and tangible support, we seek not only to meet immediate needs but to help each person feel connected and known. Our desire is for everyone to experience the care, belonging, and hope found in the body of Christ.

If you are facing a crisis, navigating a difficult season, or simply in need of support, we would love to connect with you. Explore the ministries below or email care@wellsbranchchurch.com.

Benevolence

Benevolence

The Benevolence Ministry at Breakaway Church exists to walk alongside individuals and families experiencing financial hardship with compassion, prayer, and care. We seek to respond to urgent needs while also taking time to listen, understand each person’s story, and build meaningful connection.

Our desire is not only to provide short-term assistance, but to help individuals and families strengthen healthy support systems and develop the ability to navigate future challenges with greater stability and confidence. We believe care is most effective when it is both timely and relational and rooted in the hope found in Jesus Christ.

Our Benevolence Ministry serves both regular attenders and members of Breakaway, as well as individuals and families in our local community. If you are in need of assistance, we invite you to complete and submit the following benevolence form.

Home & Hospital Care

Home & Hospital Care

Our Homebound and Hospital Care Ministry supports those unable to gather in person due to illness, recovery, or ongoing circumstances.

Through visits, phone calls, and intentional connection, we seek to encourage and remind each person that they are not alone, helping them remain connected to the body of Christ and experience ongoing care and community.

New Moms

New Moms

Our New Mom Ministry walks alongside women during pregnancy and the early stages of motherhood. Through encouragement, community, and practical care, we support new and expecting moms while also caring for the whole family as they begin this new season.

If you are navigating a chronic condition, new diagnosis, limited mobility, or ongoing medical care, you are not alone. Our team is here to offer encouragement, support, and guidance as you walk through the challenges and uncertainties of physical health.

Members of our church who serve in healthcare are also available to help provide insight and direction when needed.

Moving

Need help with a move? Transitioning from one living situation to another can often be overwhelming. The Moving Ministry helps equip those in need in our church or community with the resources and people necessary to accomplish a safe and timely move.

In seasons of loss, we want you to know you are not alone.

It would be our honor to host a memorial service that celebrates and remembers your loved one. Our team provides guidance and support throughout the planning process to help create a meaningful service.

Beyond the service itself, we desire to walk alongside you in your grief—offering emotional and spiritual support during this difficult season.
